Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Ai Money Saver. Please read them before buying an assessment.

Last updated 1 August 2026 · Liyana Consultancy Services Limited, trading as Ai Money Saver

1. Who you are contracting with

Ai Money Saver is operated by Liyana Consultancy Services Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England & Wales, trading as "Ai Money Saver". By using this website or purchasing an assessment you are entering into an agreement with Liyana Consultancy Services Limited.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing, browsing or continuing to use Ai Money Saver, and by purchasing an assessment, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

3. What the service is

Ai Money Saver produces an automated money-saving assessment. You either enter your household income and outgoings manually, or paste/upload the text of a bank statement. We analyse that information and return a report highlighting where you may be able to reduce spending, along with general saving tips and suggested places to compare products such as savings accounts, energy or insurance.

Statement text is processed in your browser and sent for analysis only to generate your report. We do not store your statement or your report after the assessment is returned.

4. This is not regulated financial advice

The reports, tips and product suggestions are provided for general information and educational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, mortgage, tax or legal advice, and they are not a personal recommendation to buy, sell, switch or open any product. Ai Money Saver is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Rates, deals and eligibility criteria change frequently — always check the provider's own terms before acting. Any decision you take is your own responsibility, and you should seek advice from a suitably qualified adviser where appropriate.

5. Automated analysis and accuracy

Assessments are generated using automated systems, including AI models. Output may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate, and may misread or miscategorise transactions. You are responsible for the information you submit, for verifying the accuracy of the output, and for how you use it. You must have the right to submit any statement or data you upload.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the service for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law;
  • commit or attempt fraud, submit another person's financial data without their permission, or send spam;
  • infringe our intellectual property rights or those of any third party;
  • interfere with the security or integrity of the service — including introducing malware, probing or scanning for vulnerabilities, circumventing technical limits, or scraping the site;
  • reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service or its output as your own product.

7. Intellectual property and licence

We retain ownership of Ai Money Saver and all intellectual property in it, including the software, the report format, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and to use your own report for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You keep ownership of the information you submit; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to produce your report.

8. Payment, billing and refunds

Assessments are sold on a one-off basis at the price shown at checkout (currently £4.99 per assessment, including any applicable VAT or sales tax). Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellations and refunds are handled by Paddle and are subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our own refund commitment is set out in our Refund Policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw features at any time, including for maintenance.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service, without refund of amounts properly due, where there is: a material breach of these terms; non-payment or a reversed or fraudulent payment; a security, fraud or abuse risk; or repeated or serious violations of our acceptable use rules. You may stop using the service at any time. As we do not hold accounts or store your reports, there is no data to export or delete on termination.

11. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, satisfactory quality and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss, including loss of profits, savings not achieved, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, from data you submit without the right to do so, or from your breach of these terms.

13. General

You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. We may update these terms and will post the revised version on this page.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that consumers resident elsewhere in the UK may bring proceedings in their local courts.

15. Contact
